This card is confirmed to a 1 of 1 Kelsey signed and sketched Mothman card in existence. This card was originally done directly for POKEZOO by Kelsey in early 2022. The card is a genuine MetaZoo card that was found in a sealed product and confirmed to be an error with the full front of the printing missing.

Shown on the front is one of the artist, Kelsey's, signatures along with one of the largest Mothman sketch on any MetaZoo card.

Seen on the rear of the card is a standard MetaZoo card back.
